Since launching in December 2025, Pool Renovators OBX has operated on a strong foundation of proven experience and local trust. It is a natural evolution of Barry’s established concrete company, Evolutionary Concrete, which was founded in 2009 and grew from Kitty Hawk Pools, started in 2002. Over the years, Barry has installed more than 400 pools and brings over 30 years of local, hands-on experience to every project. Our team is known for attention to detail, reliability, and responding when customers call—something that isn’t always common in this area.
